This big girl was rescued from Alabama and we instantly fell in love. We have worked with her on manners but she will still take any food she can reach if we aren’t looking. She gets along with our other 5 dogs and 2 cats but occasionally gets defensive with our other Great Dane. As much as we love her, the other Great Dane is now always anxious. We are careful to not get them excitable around each other but it is taking a toll on our family dynamic. We would love to see Athena go to a loving home as she is a spoiled baby who loves sleeping in beds and on sofas, loves her walks, and is a coach potato.
