Midge, aka Mia is about 9.5 weeks old (going by the dates on her papers) and is beagle mix. She weighs about 7 lbs.
She absolutely loves my kids (2 yo, 5 yo, & 8 yo) and must be with them at all times. She's been doing well with our neighbors' dogs. She's a little shy/nervous at first because they are much larger than her but that doesn't last long if you are reassuring her.
We are working on crate training and house training. She has obvious signs of needing to go out and we've been doing well to recognize that and take her out with lots of positive reinforcement for going potty outside.
She did well over night (no accidents) and sleep with my kids. We are working on getting her used to the crate where she goes in an out as she pleases right now.
She will make someone a WONDERFUL family pet!
She is currently being fostered in Grasonville, MD. Foster is willing to me in DE/South Jersey depending on arrangements.
